We currently ship within the United States for a flat rate of $12.

We are happy to ship internationally for a flat rate of $50. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees that may apply.

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

  • United States Orders
    Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 5–7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

  • International Orders
    Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 5–14 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

TRACKING

Tracking information for orders will be provided via email once your products have shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive your confirmation.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our skincare products and for the safety and hygiene of all clients, Esthetics By Rasheeda does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all in-office services, retail products, and digital products. You may not obtain a credit with Esthetics By Rasheeda nor apply your total amount toward any other products or services once a purchase has been completed. Products that leave our treatment space or are shipped to you may not be returned under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to strictly uphold this policy.

About Rasheeda

Rasheeda is a renowned Licensed Esthetician & Skincare specialist who specializes in corrective and advanced treatments. With over five years of experience, she’s passionate about helping women gain their confidence back through skin healing treatments. Rasheeda holds several certifications such as chemical peels, microneedling and laser hair removal and has been a certified acne expert since 2021. 

Rasheeda’s passion for esthetics was fueled by her own skincare issues that she endured as a young adult. “Growing up, I struggled with acne and hyperpigmentation that I would consistently hide under so much makeup. I’ve visited several dermatologists to no avail, and then I finally saw an esthetician. From that point on my perspective on skin changed & I was inspired to learn the science behind skin health. I dedicated my career to helping others heal their skin holistically, especially women who feel unseen in the beauty industry”

I don’t believe in sacrificing a restorative experience for the sake of clinical results, in fact I believe they can coexist. My approach blends science, intention and stress management- helping women feel rejuvenated after every appointment and confident that their skin received the help it needs.
